This dress is EXACTLY what we love for spring/summer: totally comfortable but with a little extra oomph. This dress has a flutter sleeve, functional buttons down the front, and an elastic waist. This fabric is 100% cotton doesn't have stretch. The skirt is relatively full and free-size, but there is a liner from the waist to the mid thigh...it is not fitted. The top is unlined and is slightly see through. Size chart can be found in the images. Size small is 35" long from shoulder to hem. We are happy to measure any part for you not included below.
